Tell us what the roof is doing and we will come and look at it. You get a written estimate, the materials we would use and why, and a firm price. No obligation, and no one will pressure you on the doorstep.
With over 24 years in business, 2FL Windows & Siding has been a trusted exterior home improvement contractor since 2002.
I had this company come out to replace my windows and I couldn't be any happier with the service that was provided. I have 3 young kids running around and the team that did my windows were very patient, friendly, polite and they even cleaned…
We had a great experience with 2FL on a small re-siding project. They accommodated some requests we had which was appreciated. They were also much more responsive than other siding companies we talked to, which was ultimately why we decided to go with 2FL. For…
I had a roof replaced and 2FL did an excellent job. It took them 2 days to complete and the roof looks great. Many neighbors have commented on how nice it is. I highly recommend them.

By Appointment OnlyYes, in both states we work in. Washington contractor registration 2FLENFE906BG and Idaho contractor registration RCE-61509, both current, with general liability and workers compensation in place. Washington law requires any contractor to give you that number, so ask every company you speak to and check it against the Department of Labor and Industries record before you sign anything.
Our own crews. The people who tear off your roof and install the new one are 2FL employees, which is why we can put a lifetime workmanship warranty behind the installation. Plenty of companies in this market sell the job and then hand it to whichever crew is free that week, and the quality of your roof follows whoever that turns out to be.
Since 2002, so 24 years in the same market, and we hold a 4.5 star average across more than 30 reviews. We are not a national brand running a local phone number, and we are not a lead broker selling your details on to someone else.
On the Puget Sound side: King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish and Skagit counties. On the east side: Spokane County and Kootenai County in north Idaho. We work out of three offices, in Auburn, Kent and Post Falls, so the crew on your roof is local to it.
Five questions, and ask them of everyone you get a quote from. Is the contractor registration current in this state, and what is the number. Are the crews employed or subcontracted. Does the quote name the actual material and the tear-off method, or does it just give a lump sum. Who carries the workmanship warranty, the company or the manufacturer. And is there a written schedule. A contractor who will not answer those in writing is telling you something.
Send the form or call (866) 908-2440 and we will book an estimate. If the roof is actively leaking, say so when you call and we will treat it that way rather than putting you in the normal queue.
Composition and architectural shingle, which is the bulk of what goes on a roof in the Pacific Northwest, plus metal shingle and standing seam, and the flat-roof systems: PVC, TPO and torch down. If a contractor only ever recommends the one material they buy cheapest, that is worth noticing.
A lifetime warranty on the installation workmanship. Roofing materials carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of that, and the two are separate things, which is worth understanding before you compare two quotes.
