Every opening is measured before we quote, so the price you get is built on your windows, not on an average. It comes in writing, with the product and the install method named.
With over 24 years in business, 2FL Windows & Siding has been a trusted exterior home improvement contractor since 2002.
I had this company come out to replace my windows and I couldn't be any happier with the service that was provided. I have 3 young kids running around and the team that did my windows were very patient, friendly, polite and they even cleaned…
We had a great experience with 2FL on a small re-siding project. They accommodated some requests we had which was appreciated. They were also much more responsive than other siding companies we talked to, which was ultimately why we decided to go with 2FL. For…
I had a roof replaced and 2FL did an excellent job. It took them 2 days to complete and the roof looks great. Many neighbors have commented on how nice it is. I highly recommend them.

By Appointment OnlyA replacement window from 2FL runs from about $700 to $2,500, depending on the window you choose and how it is installed. A firm price needs someone to measure and look at each opening, because the frame, the sill and the wall around them decide which install method fits.
Because each one is priced on its own size, style, glass and install method. A large picture window, a casement or an opening with a rotten sill will cost more than a standard slider in a sound frame, even in the same room.
In general, vinyl costs the least, wood the most, and composite falls between them. Vinyl is low maintenance, wood has the look many older houses were built with, and composite gives you some of that look with less upkeep. The frame material is one of the two things that move a window across our range.
A retrofit, where the new window fits inside the existing frame, is the simplest. A fin set window is fastened and flashed into the wall itself, which means more work around the opening. The Rain Jacket Flashing System, our patented method, seals the new window into the existing building paper without replacing your siding. We tell you which one each opening needs, and why, before you sign.
Multiply the per window range by the number of windows you are replacing, then expect larger and specialty openings to push it up. That gets you a ballpark. The real number comes from measuring every opening, which we do at the estimate, free.
Low-E coatings and gas-filled panes raise the price of each window and cut the heat that escapes through it. They also matter for the Puget Sound Energy rebate, which asks for replacement windows rated at a U-factor of .30 or better.
You do, and we make it simple. If Puget Sound Energy supplies your home and you are replacing older single or double pane windows, we send you the documents the rebate needs and you file them online. The current amounts and who qualifies are on our rebates page.
Yes. Buy three energy-efficient vinyl windows and get the fourth free, with installation included, and a Puget Sound Energy rebate can apply on top where you qualify. Ask about it at the estimate.
