For the Caputo property, 2FL replaced aging siding with a durable modern system and completed a full exterior repaint to revitalize the home’s appearance. These upgrades improved structural protection, energy efficiency, and resistance to moisture while also creating a crisp, updated look tailored to the homeowner’s aesthetic goals and the needs of the Pacific Northwest climate.
