For the Genesis property, 2FL installed beautiful cedar siding and applied a premium exterior paint designed to protect the natural wood grain while extending its lifespan. Cedar is known for its durability and resistance to moisture, making it ideal for Pacific Northwest homes, and the added paint finish enhances both protection and visual appeal. The result is a warm, timeless exterior with improved structural performance and lower long-term maintenance.
